Project Management

To ensure the smoothest possible migration, Ekotech offer full IT relocation project management services. We start by gathering information on the existing environment and equipment, including an audit of all devices. We review existing asset and connection information, and design a new environment including cabling and rack plans. Risk planning and management is carried out in relation to the relocation specifics. Once a design is agreed and signed off, we provision new technical infrastructure and manage the new environment build. This can include delivery of pre-cabled environments and migration of hardware over multiple phases to minimise disruption. Once the technical migration is complete, we conduct a handover for operational teams.
